Kinnarps has created a sustainability tool where products are evaluated and graded in six areas: raw materials and resources, climate, pure materials, social responsibility, reuse and ergonomics. Together they form a comprehensive picture of the product's sustainability. As a quality grade is only as interesting as the parameters it is based on, the index also shows which criteria the ratings in each index area are based on. The index also highlights the product's potential effects in various sustainability areas, including ecosystem services, circularity, well-being, efficiency and alternative business models. The aim is to include the Kinnarps group's entire product range.
